How many shannons are there in the world

We will get our genealogists to check them out and add them to the list. I am looking for any information on a gentleman named Michael Robert Shannon, we have been told he was born in Michigan about 25 April and apparently died in Minnesota, possibly in Foxhome or Fergus Falls. Any information would be greatly appreciated, I have been trying to find information on him for a very long time and have hit nothing but roadblocks and dead ends. Thank you in advance.
