Brandie in Sales, and Len in Service, both are amazing. This is the worst service department ever! If you expect courtesy and empathy you are sorely mistaken! This place refused to help us change a tire on a vehicle in their lot! We paid for keys to be cut and they never cut them properly so we couldn't get into the car.
We asked to borrow a tire wrench but they refused to help so we had to use vice grips to get the luggs off.
I couldn't believe the customer service, it was disgusting watching them come watch us suffer in the cold when it would have taken 5 minutes for them to assist and in the end after the place is closed thats when we realized that the stupid keys didn't even work!
Once you pay they don't care! Thanks for nothing Don Wheaton!
